The Market Innovation Manager will be central to Metro’s transformation by developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs, keeping abreast of industry trends, understanding how new products and services can serve and advance equity in our regional market, piloting new products and programs, and working across the agency to strategically align our vision and priorities.
