Jyoti Karna, with the Performance, Strategy and Budget (PSB) team, recently interviewed Brad Steinmetz, who leads the Executive Priorities Monitoring Program. Once managed through spreadsheets, this work now lives in a single, integrated dashboard that provides transparency and real-time visibility.
