Your 2018 W-2 form is now available in PeopleSoft to view and print. A paper copy of your W-2 form was mailed this week by ADP to the address you have listed in PeopleSoft. To view or print your W-2, log in to PeopleSoft from work, choose the Payroll tile, then go to “View W-2/W-2c Forms.” You can also access W-2 forms by registering at the ADP website. Domestic partner changes for 2018
Effective Jan. 1, 2018, for most union groups and all non-represented employees, domestic partners and their children will not be eligible for King County benefits, except for state-registered domestic partners. King County will continue to offer employee benefits to non-state-registered domestic partners and their children for the remainder of 2017. Why is King County making this change? Corrections Officer couple achieves Gold one step at a time
Two King County corrections officers earned Gold in this year’s Healthy Incentives program, and they did it one step at a time up 12 flights of stairs each morning. Sonya and Randy Weaver are both corrections officers assigned to court detail with the County’s Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention. They have been with DAJD for 19 and 20 years, respectively, and have been a married couple for 10 of those years. CVS to manage pharmacy benefits for Regence plan in 2017
Beginning Jan. 1, 2017, CVS Caremark™ replaces Express Scripts as the prescription benefits administrator for King County employees on the KingCare (Regence) health plan. Members of this plan will receive a welcome kit and new ID card in late-December, and can fill prescriptions at any of the 64,000 pharmacies in the CVS network, including major chains such as Bartell, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Safeway, Fred Meyer, Costco and Wal-Mart.
