Employee Engagement Survey begins on March 31
The Employee Engagement Survey begins on March 31 and runs through April 21.
Your input is important, and we hope to hear from everyone. The survey will take 15 – 30 minutes, and your responses can have a lasting impact on how we work together and support one another. Whether it’s about communication, growth opportunities, or workplace culture, your feedback is important.
On Monday, March 31, eligible King County employees (all Executive Branch employees, employees in King County Elections, King County Assessor’s Office, and King County Council who have worked at the county for at least three months prior to the survey and are not an intern or on an STT assignment) will receive an email from kcsurvey@qualtrics-research.com with your custom link to complete the survey. There will be opportunities to complete the survey at various worksites via a mobile device as well.
