The new summer schedule of Get Movin’ is designed to help employees shake off the workday stiffness and bring a little sunshine into your routine. It is a low-pressure way to feel better and move more. Classes are for all levels, from beginner to advanced. No special gear is needed and the sessions are all body-weight movement.
