Crossposted from King County Parks Jordin Andrade, an employee from the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center, recently competed at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Since January, he has worked as a control room technician, and thanks to his flexible schedule, was able to balance training for the Olympics and working. Even though he works at the WKCAC (a hub for Olympic swimmers), he actually ran in the Men’s 400m hurdles, representing Cape Verde.
