Career Support Services and the Administrative Professionals Advisory Committee sponsored the second annual Administrative Professionals Recognition Event on April 26. More than 200 employees attended the event, which is an impressive increase over last year’s attendance of about 100. The Bridge Fellowship Program, or Bridge, is a multi-week program where participants are challenged by not only classroom learning, group projects and presentations, but also participate in interviews and site visits to explore King County agencies and their priorities. Employees redefine respect and cultural understanding, use KC eLearning as added resource
There’s strength in diversity. Different perspectives bring new insights, benefits and relationships. They can also bring challenges. Kudos! Office of Risk Management Services featured in national magazine for significantly improving employee engagement scores
